If you live in a climate where the winters get extremely cold, I bet you own a good scarf or two. These are three of my favorite kinds of scarves to wear during the winter time!
Fringe Scarf – I think fringe scarves are the cutest! Fringe adds an element of boho-style to such a simple accessory. The scarf I am wearing is from last year at Nordstrom, but here is a ribbed version that is almost identical from the same brand (and it’s currently 45% off & under $10!). A lightweight scarf like this can be worn in so many different ways. It looks super cute not only with regular jackets, but also with long sleeve tees, plaid shirts, or even a simple dress! This is another cute fringe option which is made of a heaver knit.
Blanket Scarf – These scarves are a cold-weather must have! They are cozy and super warm just like they sound. They can be wrapped and worn several different ways. Most of the blanket scarves I’ve found are plaid – which is the perfect pattern for winter! I bought mine from Altar’d State – it’s still available in beige. This scarf is huge and thick and perfect for bundling up!
Tube Scarf – I recently bought this scarf from H&M and is classified as a tube scarf. Basically it’s a perfectly round infinity scarf – rather than being an oblong scarf. You don’t have to double wrap it, twist it, or tie it – you slip it over your head and voilà! It’s pretty much the easiest thing ever. I love the thickness of this scarf and it has quickly become one of my favorites! (It’s currently available in 3 colors and on sale for $5! #winning)
What are your favorite kinds of scarves for winter? Make sure to definitely check out all these scarves, especially the ones that are on major sale (consider it a Christmas gift to yourself 😉 ). Any of these would be perfect to wear to your Christmas festivities this weekend! I hope you all have a happy holiday weekend and a WONDERFUL Christmas!! xo.
